God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

What a busy few days!

Christmas Day

We left at 7:30 a.m. in the morning yesterday to head down to Carter's parents. We got down there at about 10:00a.m. I helped his mom get stuff made and fixed so that we could eat at 2:30p.m. We ate, which the food was very yummy, then it was present time. Brennon, Carters nephew who is 7 yrs old could hardly wait to open presents he hardly ate any brunch. So here are some pic of that day.

Well it was a good Christmas this year. We both received gifts that we will use and that we needed for the house. We had to take the dog with us on this trip, cause we couldn't find a kennel to keep her since it was Christmas. She did well on the trip down and on the trip back home she slept the whole way home. We gave her motion sick medicine so she wouldn't get sick, and it worked this time. It was a good trip, but it is nice to be home.
