Neat Site, and Free Templates.

As you can see my blog has gotten a makeover, I think that it turned out pretty good. I came across this site today looking at some blogs.
It is http://www.thecutestblogontheblock.com then click on backgrounds, and when you find on that you like click on it and follow the instructions. There are many templates to choose from and they are free. I thought that I would share this with you, it gives you instructions on how to do it, it is pretty easy to follow.
