I am a Christian women that is married to a great guy, we were married on June 18, 2005. We have been dealt the hand of Infertility, and I have PCOS. I was able to get pregnant after 18 months of trying and lost the twins at 8 wks do to a miscarriage they were conjoined. The Lord toke them home on 7/22/08. We then found out that we were expecting again on December 26th, 2008 another miracle. Our new addition joined the Family on August 25th, 2009 at 7:14 pm.

Wordless Wednesday

Our trying to concieve Journey!

*December 2006-went off the Birth Control, not preventing.
*January- 2007- was first month of ttc naturally,BFN.
*February- 2007- No AF.
*March 2007-Naturally, BFN.
*April-May 2007- Naturally, BFN.
*June 2007- Ob Gyn ran some blood work and did ultrasound and find out that I have PCOS, and that I was not ovulating normal, so he put me on Metformin 1500mg daily.
*July-August 2007- Naturally, BFN.
*September 2007- was put on Clomid 50 mg, and was monitored with ultrasound and had two follicles, and was given a hcg booster,BFN.
*October 2007- Clomid was increased to 100mg and was monitored, and had two follicles and was given hcg booster, BFN. I then had on hsg to check my tubes to see if they were blocked, and they came back clear. I find out that I have a bicornuate uterus. I asked to be referred to a RE. I went off the Clomid, couldn't take the headaches and Hot flashes.
*November 2007-Naturally, BFN.
*December 2007- Had appt with Re and had blood work drawn, and a physical exam, and started the follistim injections75units on 18 th-22nd and had 1 follicle increased to 125units on 23rd-27th and had 2 nice size follicles gave myself the ovidrel 250mcg with timed intercourse, BFN
*January -February 2008- Naturally, BFN for both months. Since my insurance doesn't cover infertility meds or the procedures like iui's and ivf's it is all being paid out of pocket.DH had a semen analysis in January and the test told us that he has low motility and abnormal morphology.
*March 2008- We toke a break this month, since I had a Laparoscopy. I had the surgery on the 25th around the time that I was due to ovulate, so he wanted us to refrain from intercourse being so close to surgery and all. They found that I had a moderate case of Endometriosis, and RE was able to remove it.*April 2008-So now I am due for AF anytime now, and I have my post-op appt on the 14th and we should get the okay to start trying again.
*April 11, 2008-Today AF showed up this morning.
*May 12, 2008-3 days late no Af yet and negative test.
*May 15, 2008- Af came,Another failed cycle.
*June 1-2, 2008-I used the opk and recieved positives so ovulating soon.
*June 21, 2008- on cd 38 no af yet, last cycle was 35 so keep fingers crossed.*June 21,2008- Toke 4 pg test all were positive.Yah
*June 22, 2008- Has Hcg drawn and progesterone levels,HCG-130, Progesterone-8.2. Toke a another pg test it was digital it said Pregnant.
*June 24, 2008- Had 2nd levels drawn and HCG-271, Progesterone-7.9, was put on Progesterone suppositories for precaution have take to one in the am and one in the pm until 12 weeks along.
*July 8, 2008-Went for first ultrasound, no heartbeat yet, they are thinking that I ovulated later then from my last period, so they are saying that I am early like 6 weeks. If you go by my last menses that would put me at 8 wks on Thursday. We did see the yolk and sac in the uterus. My HCG level was 4,644 today.
*July 15, 2008- Had another ultrasound still no heatbeat, saw two sac thinking that we are having twins.
*July 22, 2008-Had another ultrasound was told by the nurse and by the blood work that was drawn that we lost our twins that were conjoined. Our babies have gone to heaven, and they will be greatly missed I was 8 weeks.
*July 29, 2008- Had a appt with Ob in am to discuss D&C. Had D&C that evening, my babies are now in the arms of God.
*August 6, 2008- blood work follow up after D&C to see if numbers are coming done level hcg on 6th was 80 and blood work of hcg level on August 13 th was 14.*August 28, 2008 - Af came to visit. Not ttc.
*Sept. 25, 2008- Af came to visit. Not ttc.
*October 27,2008- Af come, 4 days late, not preventing not really trying.
*November 22, 2008- Af showed her ugly face a week early.
*December 5-9, 2008- positive OPK.
*December 26,2008-BFP. Hcg-1475, Progesterone-20.3.
*December 28, 2008-Hcg-1,925.
*December 30, 2008- Hcg-7,359.
*January 5, 2009- First Ultrasound heard the Heartbeat for the forst time 110-120.
