I had a dr appt today to check on baby. Baby is doing good, heartbeat was strong, and sounding good. I gave them a urine sample as ususally and come to find out that it showed that I am dehydrated. I am not drinking enough water as I should be, and I got a talking to that I need to start drinking more. So I am trying to do better and drink more. I go next week for my regular ob appt. I can't believe that I am going into my 4 th month yah. This picture is 15 weeks 5 days. I am starting to show alittle more each week.

I'm not a huge fan of water either, particularly in the winter. I've found that Crystal Light works pretty well, my favorite flavor is cherry pomegranate. Hope that helps! Drink your water young lady :)!!

Oh my gosh, time is flying! So glad all is well!!!
