Hello all,
I want to apologize for being MIA. I know that a few of you have been wondering how I am doing. I want to say thank you for those of you that have emailed me to check and see how I am feeling and doing, it means alot to me that others care and are praying for me. It is very touching to know that I have friends in the blogging sphere that do checkup and follow my blog, you are all truly amazing and awesome women.
1. I am feeling somewhat better with the migraines, I have good days and bad ones. My Neurologist increased my Inderal to help with keeping my headaches under control, a safe level that is supposedly safe and won't harm baby. I have faith in them that they know what they are doing. I missed a week of work do to the migraines. As long as I take the Tylenol and stay on top of it then my headaches are tolerable.
2.I have to say I am now experiencing morning sickness. I find it hard sometimes to keep things down (to much info, sorry), But I am not going to complain. It is really terrible when I have to shallow pills, or brush my teeth. My Gag reflex is not good at the moment. I have lost 9 lbs since I find out I was pregnant, I try to eat what I am hungry for and go with that. My cravings at the moment are Abry's- Beef and Cheddar and Subway-Bacon Ranch and grilled cheese.
3. My first Ob appt is January the 29th with my OB (2 wks from today I can't wait. I have been released from the RE, since we heard the heartbeat and saw our peanut on the screen. I am can't wait to see our little one again and I hope and pray that baby is getting enough food to grow and be health since I can't keep much down. I am still nervous, I love this baby so much, I have a good feeling that all is going to workout for this pregnancy. GOD is in Control and I have faith that he is going to keep our baby safe. I have heard that the sicker that you are with the morning sickness that means that baby is healthy.
4. We find out on December 26th that we were expecting. I cried. I can't believe after almost 2 yrs of Infertility and trying and all that we have been through, God is awesome and he does answer our prayers in his timing. That morning I called the Re and they had me go straight to have blood work with our history. My numbers were: 12/26/08- hcg 1,475, progesterone-20.3, 12/28/08- hcg 1,925, and 12/30/08- hcg-7,359. They put me on the progesterone suppositories for precaution until 15 wks. I have been crampy at times, but they say that is normal. I go from being constipated one day to diarrhea the next it is a cycle. I can't wait to see peanut and hear the heartbeat again on the 29th, I am trying to enjoy everyday with my pregnancy, I hope that I start showing soon.
5.I am so thankful and grateful that Gods has given us our miracle, I thank him everyday. I pray that this little peanuts stays put and grows and I have a healthy and safe 9 months.
6. I am going to try and get caught on everyone blogs this weekend, it is hard, because when I come home from work I am exhausted and the computer is the last thing to mess with since I am on one all day for my job. When I come home I try to do as minimal as possible on here, my eyes and head are killing by the end of the day.
I want to say thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. Please keep me and peanut in your prayers.
God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.
